Two weeks ago I sent you a message where I shared the 6 things I’m most grateful for from 2015. It was amazing to see over that weekend the number of you who replied to my email sharing what has made YOU smile and what filled you with joy over the last 12 months.
I appreciate you taking the time out to share your thoughts with me There’s something extra special about Dance Studio Owners and these emails prove my thoughts were true!
After doing that exercise of gratitude and reading all the things you’re grateful for…it made me want to dig a little a little deeper and assess all the areas of my time before we jump in 2016.
So, over the weekend I went through and did the Lifescore Assessment that one of my mentors, Michael Hyatt, had put together. It’s something I do every single December…I sit down and see where I’m at in the main life domains. It’s a great exercise to do in your favourite place – the park, beach, favourite room in your house.
Below is a snapshot of my results from this year compared to last.
I know many of you have heard me say before, “If you don’t work, nothing does.” This assessment shows you if you ARE working and where there are opportunities for you to take it up a notch so you can be the best studio owner and human being that you possibly can be.
The power from this assessment is in what you do with your results. Once you have gone through the assessment, the most important step is about what you put in place (actions) to increase your scores in each life domain.
I spoke with Michael and his team and we’re giving you free access to take the life assessment. As Studio Owners, it’s important to take this time out (December is the perfect time) to work out what you want for the new year and this is the perfect tool to help you!
I’m going to give you a week to do the life assessment for yourself, then come back to you next week with how you can put together an action plan to lift those numbers across the board.
