Before I sold my dance studio, I never “had time” to socialize with friends, call my family or go to the beach just to relax.

Funnily enough, I did manage to find time to sit on my lounge room floor at 2am sewing sequins onto costumes for the next day’s competition or to respond to emails in the early hours of a Sunday morning (next week I’ll have a day off, I’d always tell myself”.)

Here’s what I’ve realized since then – it’s not about finding time. It’s about making time.

I’m a firm believer in the power of great planning, and making time to visualize and forecast your Studio Growth plans is the greatest gift you can give to your business and your dance families. Yes, even more important than sequins on recital-eve.
